Educational Qualification: MBA in any discipline, Masters in Finance/ Accounting/ Management/ Banking/ Statistics/ Economics/ Human Resources, B.Sc in CSE/ Textile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ EEE, CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or equivalent class in Graduation & Post-graduation from any reputed university or institution Candidates should have minimum GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum “B” in “O” & “A” level.

On Probation, Management Trainee will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk. 50,000/- along with other admissible benefits within rules.

Management Trainee will be absorbed as First Executive Officer in the regular scale of the Bank on satisfactory completion of 1 (one) year Probation Period.

Management Trainee on recruitment will pass through structured coaching, training and professional development process, so that their full potentiality is realized. A stimulating competitive work culture is available for the recruited officers to learn and demonstrate their competence over time for a smooth career progression in banking.

Strong Computer Skills in MS Office, Proficiency both in Bengali and English.

Age must not be over 30 years as on June 15, 2016.
